Step 1 - Discovery Call We learn your business: what you bid, what you win, what you're targeting. We identify gaps and match you to the right program.
Step 2 - Project Selection You bring us the projects you want to bid. We help you evaluate whether they're the right fit for your trade, capacity, and goals. Then we get to work. No guesswork, no wasted bids on the wrong jobs.
Step 3 - SBG Does the Takeoff We pull the plans, complete the full quantity takeoff, collect material quotes from approved vendors, and gather subcontractor pricing where needed.
Step 4 - Review & Submit We package everything into a complete estimate report. You review, ask questions, and submit to the GC. (We can provide you a proposal template for use on all your projects).
Step 5 - Strategy & Accountability Daily or weekly strategy meetings depending on your program. We review what's working, what to adjust, and what's coming next. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it service.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need estimating software to get started? No. Depending on your program, we implement the right software solution for you and train your team on it.
What types of projects do you estimate? Grading, excavation, underground utilities, site prep, paving, concrete, and related civil scope. Across residential, commercial and public works projects throughout the Bay Area & NorCal Region.
How do you decide which projects to bid? We work with you to define your target project type, size, and GC relationships. Then we filter opportunities that match. So you're not wasting time on the wrong jobs.
What if I get awarded a project? Depending on your program, we prepare a full Handoff Packet for your superintendent or foreman. Including the budget, plans, schedule, and all material and subcontractor contacts. You hit the ground running.
Can I start and upgrade later? Yes. Most clients start at the Proposal level and move up as their volume and revenue grow. We scale with you.
